Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of adsorbents for blood perfusion, and discloses a microsphere adsorbent for removing toxins in blood perfusion and a preparation method of the microsphere adsorbent. According to the microsphere adsorbent, crosslinked polystyrene-divinyl benzene microspheres serve as carriers, polymyxin B is connected to the surfaces of the microspheres, and the microspheres are connected with the polymyxin B through molecular arms; and the molecular arm is 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid or 3-mercaptopropionic acid. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the microsphere adsorbent. The microsphere adsorbent disclosed by the invention has relatively good adsorption performance on bilirubin and endotoxin, has good blood compatibility and can be used for relatively well removing toxins in blood.
