The preparation method of the magnetic MOFs/nanogold composite material comprises the following steps that: a mixture of Fe3O4-MWCNT-MIL-88A, chloroauric acid, a reducing agent and water is subjected to a heating reaction. The Fe3O4-MWCNT-MIL-88A is mainly prepared by the following method: a mixed solution of fumaric acid, Fe3O4-MWCNT, a trivalent iron salt and an organic solvent is subjected to a reaction under a heating condition.
