Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of motor control, in particular to a control system and method for off-grid operation of a squirrel-cage asynchronous generator. The control system comprises a machine-side converter, a grid-side converter, a half-bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter and a control unit, wherein an AC side of the machine-side converter is connected with a three-phase armature winding of the squirrel-cage asynchronous generator, a DC side of the machine-side converter is connected witha DC side of the grid-side converter through a DC bus, an AC side of the grid-side converter is connected with a three-phase alternating current load through a filter, and the DC bus is connected with a capacitor in parallel; a high-voltage side of the half-bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter is connected in parallel to a DC voltage bus, a low-voltage side of the half-bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter is connected with a storage battery pack through an energy storage inductor; and the control unit i
