Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a molecular marker for DNA methylation of larimichthys crocea, a screening method of the molecular marker and an application of the molecular marker to breeding of the larimichthys crocea. The molecular marker for the DNA methylation of the larimichthys crocea comprises a molecular marker fgf11, a molecular marker fgfrs2, a molecular marker egflp7 and a molecular marker pdgfr alpha. According to the method for screening the molecular marker for DNA methylation of the larimichthys crocea, on the basis of genomic genetic information of the larimichthys crocea, by combining high-throughput RNA-Seq, genome re-sequencing and bisulfite sequencing technologies, difference characteristic research on populations with significant growth character differences of the larimichthys crocea in epigenetics is performed, and differential methylation characteristics of genes on the whole genome level are screened.
