In the recombinant cell line, the FeIFN-omega2 gene is stably inserted into a short arm 10 region (1p10) of a CHO cell chromosome 1, the CHO cell chromosome 1p10 is a strong transcriptional activity region, and compared with the insertion in a non-transcriptional activity region, the FeIFN-omega2 realizes stable and efficient expression.
