The bacillus subtilis SCUEC7 strain has been deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection on April 15, 2021, and the accession number is CCTCC NO: M 2021377. The SCUEC7 strain provided by the invention is isolated from a mixed fermentation product of cattle gastric juice and crop straw, has an inhibition effect on various plant pathogens such as botrytis cinerea and pythium ultimum, can be used for preventing and treating crop diseases, also has an inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, and can be used for production of foods, feeds and the like; meanwhile, the SCUEC7 strain can also promote growth of candida utilis, and by applying the SCUEC7 strain to feed production, feed fermentation can be accelerated, and the content of single-cell protein of fermented feed is effectively increased; and moreover, It is the first time for the invention to discover that the bacillus subtilis SCUEC7
