The method comprises the following steps: firstly, by taking m-pentadiene, carbon monoxide and water as raw materials, and taking precious metal rhodium salt and an organic phosphine ligand as catalysts, preparing a cis-trans isomeric intermediate of 2-methyl-3-pentenoic acid, and then carrying out isomerization reaction on the obtained intermediate product to generate trans-2-methyl-2-pentenoic acid, namely trans strawberry acid. 本发明采用Reppe合成法制备草莓酸,首先以间戊二烯、一氧化碳和水为原料,以贵金属铑盐和有机膦配体为催化剂,得到2-甲基-3-戊烯酸的顺反异构中间体,然后所得中间产物经异构化反应生成反式2-甲基2-戊烯酸,即反式草莓酸。
