Zusammenfassung:A stuffing blending seasoning comprises hen soup, salt, monosodium glutamate, I + G, chicken paste, xylitol, milk powder, ginger powder, onion powder, celery seed powder, inulin, a yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein powder, health preserving powder and a compound emulsifier, and the compound emulsifier is prepared from sucrose ester, phospholipid, sodium caseinate, lactic acid fatty acid glyceride, fatty acid monoglyceride and polyglycerol fatty acid ester; the health preserving powder consists of pholiota adipose powder, agrocybe cylindracea powder, bolete powder, agaricus blazei murill powder and hericium erinaceus powder. The pholiota adipose powder, the agrocybe cylindracea powder, the agaricus blazei murill powder, the hericium erinaceus powder, the inulin and the xylitol which have a health preserving function are added into the seasoning formula, and meanwhile, the composite emulsifying thickener is adopted, so that the seasoning has good emulsifying property on grease and fat of the seasoning
