Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fault latch protection circuit for an inverter control circuit of an electric vehicle. The fault latch protection circuit is electrically connected with a motor controller, the fault latch protection circuit and the motor controller receive fault signals obtained by a front-end signal conditioning circuit. The fault latch protection circuit comprises a fault anti-shake circuit and a latch circuit, and the fault anti-shake circuit is electrically connected with the latch circuit; and the fault anti-shake circuit comprises a first filter circuit and a second filter circuit. The fault latch protection circuit used by the electric vehicle inverter control circuit has the functions of fault signal anti-shake, latching, reporting, fault resetting, fault shielding and the like, and can realize response of protection action, reduce cost and improve system stability within us time.
