The production method of the graphene magnetic nanoelectrode comprises the following steps: cleaning a gold electrode; and modifying the surface of the gold electrode with a Graphene/Fe3O4 nano composite material, airing at room temperature to form a film to obtain a modified electrode, and sequentially soaking the modified electrode in nano gold sol for 4-6 hours, 0.01-100 ng.mL alpha fetoprotein antibody solution for 9-12 hours and 0.25 wt% bovine serum albumin solution for 30-45 minutes.
