The system comprises ultrahigh pressure extrusion equipment, an impurity removal machine, three-phase separation equipment, a directional fermentation tank and a separation and purification device, wherein the ultrahigh pressure extrusion equipment is provided with an organic garbage inlet and a discharge port, and the discharge port is sequentially connected with the impurity removal machine, a high-temperature cooking tank, centrifugal separation equipment, the directional fermentation tank and the separation and purification device; and the separation and purification device is provided with a biomass carbon source outlet.
