The recycled ABS material is prepared from, by weight, 50-70 parts of recycled ABS resin, 8-20 parts of rubber powder, 1-4 parts of flexibilizer, 0.2-1 part of antioxidant, 1-3 parts of basalt fiber, 0.6-1 part of kaolin, 0.5-2 parts of a lubricant; wherein the antioxidant comprises at least one of nano zinc oxide and a scutellaria baicalensis extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the rubber powder, the basalt fiber and the kaolin, adding the recycled ABS resin, the flexibilizer, the antioxidant and the lubricant, and uniformly mixing the components to obtain a first mixture; after drying the first mixture, carrying out melt extrusion, then pelletizing, and drying to obtain the high-performance recycled ABS material.
