METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HYDRAULIC BINDER

The invention concerns a method for manufacturing a hydraulic binder comprising a calcium aluminate, which involves: a) providing a composition comprising a lime C source compound and an alumina source compound, the composition comprising at most 95% lime C and alumina, and at least 23% alumina, by weight relative to the total weight of dry matter of the composition; b) placing the composition provided in step a) in a moisture-saturated environment, at a hydration temperature of between 40 deg C and 150 deg C, so as to precipitate hydrated phases containing at least one aluminium oxide combined with a calcium oxide and with water; c) subjecting the precipitates obtained in step b) to a baking temperature of between 200 deg C and 1300 deg C, for at least 15 minutes. 本发明涉及一种用于制造包含铝酸钙的水硬性粘结剂的方法，该方法包括：a)提供包含石灰C源化合物和氧化铝源化合物的组合物，相对于该组合物的干物质的总重量，所述组合物包含最多95重量％的石灰C和氧化铝以及最少23重量％的氧化铝；b)在40℃至150℃的水合温度下，将步骤a)中提供的组合物置于湿气饱和的环境中，以沉淀含有至少一种与氧化钙和水结合的铝氧化物的水合相；c)使步骤b)中获得的沉淀物经受200℃至1300℃的烘烤温度至少15分钟。
