The method comprises the following steps: randomly extracting a plurality of samples from produced food; putting the ground sample into a grinding device for heating; after the food is heated, extracting gas generated by the food; after being dried, filling the gas into monitoring equipment for detection; adding distilled water into the ground sample, heating and stirring to form a suspension; precipitating after stirring, standing and precipitating the stirred suspension, and layering; and extracting the suspension for detection.
