Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of gas-sensitive materials, in particular to an MOFs/GO composite gas-sensitive material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Spherical Cu(INA)2 particles are attached to the surface of graphene oxide of a sheet structure through an in-situ synthesis method, the graphene oxide is modified through a cyclic voltammetry method, the graphene oxide is reduced into reduced graphene oxide, and the MOFs/GO composite ammonia gas-sensitive material is obtained. Self-made Cu(INA)2/GO is used as a gas-sensitive composite material, an interdigital electrode (IDE) is coated with the gas-sensitive composite material, gas sensitivity detection is carried out on low-concentration ammonia gas, and the composite material shows good gas-sensitive sensing performance on low-concentration ammonia gas.
