The dehydration device comprises a rotary furnace, and a furnace tube is arranged in the rotary furnace; a plurality of turning plates are arranged in the furnace tube, and a microwave generator and a resistance wire are arranged in the rotary furnace; both the microwave generator and the resistance wire are located on the outer side of the furnace tube; and a rotary transmission mechanism is arranged on one side of the rotary furnace, and connected with the furnace tube.
