Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis process of a high-temperature-resistant light-cured acrylic foam tape, which comprises the following steps: firstly, obtaining a high-molecular-weight prepolymer by a solvent polymerization method, then mixing the prepolymer with a monomer, a photoinitiator and other components, and curing under an ultraviolet lamp to obtain the high-temperature-resistant acrylic foam tape. The preparation method of the acrylic foam tape is relatively simple and feasible in process and high in curing efficiency. The prepared high-temperature-resistant acrylic foam tape not only can provide conventional mechanical properties of an acrylic adhesive tape, but also can ensure the overall viscoelasticity of the adhesive tape, and particularly has good high-temperature adhesive residue-free performance. The foam tape does not need a foamed PET base material, and has better durability and application value.
