Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a halogen-free flame-retardant polyphenyl ether hybrid material, which comprises the following steps: placing hydroxyl-terminated polyphenyl ether, polyfunctional isocyanate and an organic bismuth catalyst in a flask, adding trichloromethane as a solvent, and dissolving to form a homogeneous solution; stirring the homogeneous solution at room temperature, pouring into a large amount of methanol after the reaction is finished, precipitating, and drying in vacuum to obtain isocyanate terminal modified polyphenyl ether; mixing isocyanate terminal modified polyphenyl ether, a hydroxyl reaction type organophosphorus flame retardant and attapulgite clay with rich surface hydroxyl groups together, and adding a solvent trichloromethane to form a stable turbid liquid; and stirring the turbid liquid at room temperature, pouring the turbid liquid into a large amount of methanol after the reaction is finished, precipitating, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain the halo |
