Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a vegetable oil-based polyacrylate nonionic emulsion as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a vegetable oil-based acrylate monomer by taking vegetable oil acid and acrylate as raw materials; then uniformly mixing the vegetable oil-based acrylate monomer, a hydrophilic monomer, other monomers, a chain transfer agent and a part of an initiator according to a formula to obtain a mixed solution, preheating a part of the mixed solution to prepare a reaction seed, dropwise adding the rest of the mixed solution into a reaction system, and carrying out a heat-preserved reaction for 1-2 hours; adding the rest of the initiator into the reaction system for continuous reaction to obtain molecular-brush-structure vegetable oil-based polyacrylate; and finally, carrying out reduced-pressure distillation to remove a solvent, adding water, and carrying out stirring and dispersing to obtain the vegetable oil-based polyacrylat
