A supporting body is provided with an installation channel with the front end and the rear end communicated, the lower end of the installation channel is provided with an opening, the two sides of the supporting body are each provided with a limiting tongue and a locking claw from top to bottom, and the middle of each locking claw is rotationally connected with the supporting body; a touch block and a locking part are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of each locking claw respectively, and the limiting tongues can be elastically supported on the supporting body in an up-down sliding mode through elastic elements; in the unlocking state, the limiting tongues abut against the outer sides of the touch blocks, and the locking parts on the two sides of the supporting body are far away from each other through thrust of the elastic elements so that the opening can be opened; and in the steel cable locking process, a
