The preparation method of the culture medium comprises the following steps of preparation, specifically, preparing main materials according to the following weight ratio of 20%-60% of red mud, 20%-40% of titanium dioxide slag, 0%-10% of carbide slag, 1%-25% of yellow phosphorus slag, 0%-20% of marble powder, and 0.05%-10% of a pore-forming agent, wherein the pore-forming agent is at least one of an organic pore-forming agent and an inorganic pore-forming agent, preparing an inorganic filler accounting for 0-20 wt% of the main materials, mixing the main materials, the inorganic filler and water, adjusting the pH value according to the foaming condition of the pore-forming agent, and forming mixed slurry; preliminary molding, specifically, pouring the obtained mixed slurry into a mold, and demolding after preliminary solidification molding to obtain a green body; and curing, specifically, (i) naturally standing the green
