The current source I is connected with the capacitor C, and the starting control power tube is connected with a common connection end of the current source I and the capacitor C; the starting control power tube is also connected with the resistor R, and the first power tube is connected to a common connection end of the starting control power tube and the resistor R; and the current source I is used for charging the capacitor C, so that the grid voltage of the starting control power tube is slowly increased, the current flowing through the resistor R is increased, and the grid voltage of the first power tube is reduced so as to carry out soft starting on the first power tube. The circuit is simple in principle and convenient to use, can solve the problem that when the power management chip i
