In this way, different service strategies can be determined for users in different stages, and then personalized services are provided for the users. 本发明提供一种用户管理方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质，所述方法包括：根据用户的行为数据确定用户所处的用户生命周期的阶段，然后采用CRM系统中与用户所处的阶段对应的子系统确定用户对应的服务策略。通过此种方式可以实现对不同阶段的用户确定不同的服务策略，进而实现对用户的个性化服务。
