The advantages that a giant magnetostrictive material is controlled by a magnetic field, the response time is short, the frequency characteristic is good, and the generated thrust is large are utilized, the braking force is controlled through the current, and a hydraulic diaphragm type displacement amplifier is adopted to meet the braking clearance requirement and reduce the transmission loss at the same time.
