Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber cable, cable material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber cable, a cable material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of S11, uniformly mixing raw materials comprising ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, a modifier and a solvent according to a mass ratio of the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene to the modifier to the solvent of (10-30): (4-6): 100 to obtain a first material; S12, enabling the first material to be subjected to swelling, melt extrusion and water bath cooling to obtain ultra high molecular weight polyethylene protofilaments; and S13, extracting, drying, drafting and winding the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene protofilaments to obtain the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber cable material.
