The preparation method comprises the following steps of by taking glucose, ascorbic acid and 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-sulfydryl-1, 2, 4-triazole as a raw material, adding deionized water, stirring and dissolving, then carrying out a hydrothermal reaction, and meanwhile, carrying out an amidation reaction, so as to prepare the functionalized glucosyl carbon dot corrosion inhibitor. Through an electrochemical impedance test and a polarization curve method, the corrosion current density of T2 red copper can be remarkably reduced by adding the corrosion inhibitor, and an excellent corrosion inhibition effect is exerted. 本发明涉及缓蚀剂合成技术领域,具体公开了一种功能化葡萄糖基碳点缓蚀剂的制备方法与应用。本发明以葡萄糖、抗坏血酸、4-氨基-3-肼基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑为原料,加入去离子水,待搅拌溶解后进行水热反应,同时进行酰胺化反应,制得一种功能化葡萄糖基碳点缓蚀剂。通过电化学阻抗测试和极化曲线法,发现该缓蚀剂的添加可以显著降低T2紫铜的腐蚀电流密度,展示了优异的缓蚀效果。
