PVDF water-based composite lubricant and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a PVDF water-based composite lubricant and a preparation method thereof. The lubricant is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 20 percent of PVDF, 0.1 to 30 percent of NMP, 0.06 to 12 percent of polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.1 to 15 percent of sodium methylene bis-naphthalene sulfonate, 0.1 to 10 percent of carboxymethyl cellulose salt, 0.1 to 10 percent of hexagonal boron nitride, 0.1 to 8 percent of polyacrylamide, 0.1 to 5 percent of a de-foaming agent, 0.1 to 15 percent of phosphate, 0.1 to 15 percent of magnesium oxide, 0.1 to 30 percent of absolute ethyl alcohol and the balance of water. The composite lubricant disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly and low in cost; the water-based lubricant has good lubricity and wear resistance, the dispersibility and adhesion of the lubricant are improved to a certain extent while good characteristics of the water-based lubricant are guaranteed, friction is reduced, the workpiece forming accuracy is imp
