Rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a preparation method of rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing rare earth oxide powder, zinc oxide powder and indium oxide powder according to the required ratio of the rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder; (2) putting the rare earth oxide powder, the zinc oxide powder and the indium oxide powder which are weighed in the step (1) into a mixer to be mixed, and obtaining mixed powder of the rare earth oxide powder, the zinc oxide powder and the indium oxide powder; (3) putting the mixed powder obtained in the step (2) into a ball mill, and sequentially adding water, a dispersing agent and a binder for wet ball milling to obtain mixed slurry; and (4) granulating, mixing and screening the mixed slurry obtained in the step (3) to finally obtain the rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder.
