The GPS positioning system comprises a GPS positioner arranged in the AGV; the GPS positioner is connected with the GIS system, the GIS system is used for obtaining position information of the AGV, and after the position information is obtained, the GPS positioner sends real-time data of the position information to the control center. A decentralized emergency call system is established in a mutual communication mode between the AGVs, accidents caused by contact loss of the AGVs are avoided, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
