Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a high-throughput integrated calculation analysis simulation method based on high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing. The method is used for solving the problems that an existing electron beam coaxial fuse additive manufacturing process is long in period, low in efficiency and high in cost. The method comprises the following specific steps of: 1, establishing a finite element model by using ANSYS simulation software; 2, quantitatively simulating and analyzing the influence of the shape parameter of the heat source on a calculation result, and determining a shape parameter value suitable for the heat source; and 3, multi-node/multi-task integrated calculation simulation is conducted, and the influence of machining parameters on the temperature and morphology of the molten pool is quantified.
