Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of material science and the field of biomedical materials, and particularly relates to an injectable, moldable and printable particle hydrogel material which is double-crosslinked by non-covalent bonds and covalent bonds, and a preparation method and application thereof. Gelatin particles or particles with core-shell structures are used as basic structure units, a continuous and porous particle network is formed through reversible non-covalent cross-linking and covalent bond cross-linking among the particles, and the gelatin particles or the particles with the core-shell structures are reversibly self-assembled under the action of non-covalent bonds to form the continuous porous particle network, so the injectable, printable, moldable and self-repairing performances are realized; and further covalent bond crosslinking is initiated to form the high-strength granular hydrogel. The material can be used as a drug sustained-release carrier, a tissue engineering scaffold and a tis
