The lead-containing solid waste treatment method comprises the following steps: mixing a sulfuric acid solution and a hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain a mixed solution; adding lead-containing solid waste into the mixed solution, reacting, and separating to obtain a first solid phase; adding the first solid phase into a carbonate solution, reacting, and separating to obtain a second solid phase; adding the second solid phase into a methanesulfonic acid solution, and reacting to obtain a lead methanesulfonate solution; and carrying out electrodeposition reaction by taking a lead methanesulfonate solution as electrolyte to obtain lead dioxide powder at an anode, and carrying out heat treatment on the lead dioxide powder to obtain lead tetraoxide.
