PBO fiber/aramid fiber reinforced composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of high-performance fibers, and particularly relates to a PBO fiber/aramid fiber reinforced composite material and a preparation method thereof. A panel of the composite material is a PBO fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite material, a back plate of the composite material is a composite material of aramid fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin, the thermosetting resin is polyimide thermosetting resin, and the thermoplastic resin is polyimide thermoplastic resin. The preparation method of the PBO/aramid fiber reinforced composite material comprises the following steps: pretreating the fibers, performing vacuum-assisted molding on the composite material, and performing compression molding to obtain the PBO/aramid fiber reinforced composite material. By adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, secondary bonding of an adhesive is not involved, the production cost is low, the process is simple, and the prepared composite material has the advantages of h
