Welding wires of various materials are adopted for layered surfacing, a bottom layer is welded as a transition layer which can play the roles of crack preventing and preheating, an upper layer is surfaced as a working layer which has high wear resistance and impact resistance performance, a reasonable welding sequence and a simple welding deflection tool are adopted for guaranteeing welding in horizontal positions, preheating is conducted at 200-250 DEG C, it is guaranteed that an interlayer temperature is higher than the preheating temperature in the welding process, heat preservation is conducted for 6 hours after welding, then magnetic powder inspection is conducted, and the problem that cracks are extremely prone to occur when a high-hardness wear-resistant material is surfaced on the surface of a cast steel body is solved.
