The device for detecting over-excavation and under-excavation of the tunnel comprises a mobile scanning device, a real-time monitoring device, a track, a high-intensity illumination device, a data processor and a wireless receiving controller. The mobile scanning device collects data in the tunnel; the real-time monitoring device monitors the real-time condition in the tunnel in real time; the high-intensity illumination device is used for adjusting the illumination brightness and the light position in the tunnel; the data processor is used for designing an excavation contour line and then fitting the excavation contour line with the collected data to obtain an over-excavation amount and an under-excavation amount; and the wireless receiving controller displays a monitoring picture and controls the mobile scanning device.
