Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of silicon wafer conveying, in particular to a solar cell silicon wafer conveying device and a using method thereof. The solar cell silicon wafer conveying device comprises a rack; a suction cup transfer unit which is provided with an X-axis driving mechanism, two Y-axis driving mechanisms and two stepping wafer supply units; and a belt conveying mechanism. According to the solar cell silicon wafer conveying device, an air injection block is adopted to blow a silicon wafer group, so that silicon wafers in an air blowing region are respectively tilted upwards to be separated, and when a suction disc adsorbs the uppermost silicon wafer in the stacking space, a jacking mechanism drives a bearing plate to move downwards to generate a pull-down action on the silicon wafer group, so that the silicon wafer group is pulled away from the uppermost silicon wafer, and therefore, only one silicon wafer can be adsorbed by the suction disc, and the stability and reliability of p
