Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an offshore short-term wind speed prediction method based on a random factor improved CSA, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a data set, preprocessing the data set, and dividing the preprocessed data set to obtain a training set and a test set; constructing an ANN model, taking the preprocessed training set as the input of the ANN model, taking the wind speed as the output of the ANN model, and establishing the ANN model; introducing a random factor [R] to improve CSA to obtain RCSA, adopting the RCSA to train an ANN model, optimizing weights and bias parameters in the ANN model, and establishing an RCSA-ANN short-term wind speed prediction model. The offshore short-term wind speed prediction method based on the random factor improved CSA is high in prediction precision, can accurately predict a fluctuating wind speed sequence, and has good application potential.
