The invention relates to a novel soft-damage ammunition structure countering an unmanned aerial vehicle. The structure comprises a launching ammunition cylinder, a primer, a combustible ammunition fixing plate, an ammunition body, a delay ammunition tube, a separation ammunition bag, a catching net, ammunition belts and a tightening ring. The primer is pressed in the center of the bottom of the launching ammunition cylinder, and the combustible ammunition fixing plate is arranged at the top end of the launching ammunition cylinder. The ammunition body is arranged on the top of the combustible ammunition fixing plate, is divided into five symmetrical petals and is fixed from the periphery by the ammunition belts and the tightening ring.
