Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a reuse method of alloy return scraps for turbine blades of an aero-engine. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing pretreatment: carrying out preliminary inspection on K465 return scraps, dividing the K465 return scraps into a scrapped blade type and other types according to material types, then respectively carrying out sand blasting treatment, acid pickling and water washing on the return scraps, and then removing residual water on the surfaces of the return scraps; S2, performing remelting and purifying, wherein the scrapped blade type is pretreated to serve as return scrap alloy ingots; and for other types, electroslag remelting purification is firstly carried out, and then smelting is carried out to obtain the return scrap alloy ingots; and S3, performing pouring: under the condition that the vacuum degree is less than 2 Pa, heating to a pouring temperature to completely melt the return scrap alloy ingots, under the condition that the vacuum degree is less than 0 |
