The phellinus igniarius strains are separated and bred from wild sporocarp parasitized on mulberry trees by Guizhou Institute of Crop Resource Research, are identified and named as 'phellinus igniarius GZIS01' and 'phellinus igniarius GZIS03', has a chemical name of Inonotus sanghuang, is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) with preservation numbers of 'CCTCCM 20191051' and 'CCTCCM 20191052', and are excellent strain materials of phellinus igniarius. 本发明属于食药用菌种质资源领域,涉及桑黄优良菌株GZIS01和GZIS03及其选育方法。所述桑黄菌株是由贵州省农作物品种资源研究所从桑树上寄生的野生子实体中分离选育而获得,经鉴定命名为"桑黄GZIS01"和"桑黄GZIS03",学名Inontus sanghuang,保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心(CCTCC),保藏编号分别为"CCTCCM 20191051"和"CCTCCM 20191052",为桑黄的优良菌株材料。
