The pneumatic belt conveyor cleaning device comprises a control device, a belt conveyor head pulley, a surface increasing roller and a conveying belt, the control device controls the belt conveyor head pulley to drive the conveying belt, and the surface increasing roller increases the contact area between the belt conveyor head pulley and the conveying belt; a non-contact sweeper is arranged between the belt conveyor head pulley and the surface increasing roller; the non-contact sweeper is mounted below the conveying belt; the non-contact sweeper comprises an air blowing pipe; the air blowing pipe is provided with an air blowing opening; the opening of the air blowing opening faces the conveying belt; a first pressure regulating valve is connected with the non-contact sweeper; an air storage tank is connected with the first pressure regulating valve; a screw air compressor is connected with the air storage tank; and the control device controls
