Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for the predictive control of the temperature of at least one region of a component of a vehicle, comprising solving input variables, wherein at least one input variable is solved by means of at least one sensor and at least one temperature and at least one heat dissipation characteristic of the vehicle belong to the input variables. The method comprises: solving a future maximum temperature of a future predicted course of the temperature of the at least one region of the component and/or a corresponding point in time at which the maximum temperature occurs by means of the evaluation unit on the basis of the input variable.
