Zusammenfassung:A vehicle air-conditioning device comprises: an air-conditioning case (101, 140, 150) that forms an air passage through which air blown into the passenger compartment flows; a blower (130) that is disposed inside the air-conditioning case and draws the air into the air-conditioning case; and a particle detector (200) that detects the particle concentration of particulate matter contained in the air. The particle detector has: a light-emitting unit (210) that irradiates the air with light; a light-receiving unit (220) that receives scattered light caused by light emitted by the light-emitting unit hitting particulate matter and being scattered; and a sensor case that houses the light-emitting unit and the light-receiving unit.
