The circuit comprises a level converter and a typical auxiliary circuit; the level shifter is used for receiving a reference voltage and a power supply voltage of the static random access memory and outputting an auxiliary voltage; the auxiliary circuit is used for receiving the auxiliary voltage and outputting bit line voltage; the bit line voltage acts on a bit line unit of the static random access memory. According to the self-adaptive auxiliary intensity circuit provided by the invention, the power supply voltage of the phase inverter in the auxiliary circuit is changed through the level shifter, so that different auxiliary intensities can be output when the SRAM works under different working voltages, the target of changing the auxiliary intensities is achieved, the stability of the SRAM under a relatively low working voltage is improved, and the maximum voltage borne by a gate tube of the SRAM is reduced; meanwhile, the power consumption |
