The invention relates to a backfill treatment method for an attached underground cavity. The backfill treatment method comprises the following steps that grouting equipment is arranged; a slurry outlet of the grouting equipment communicates with the underground cavity; a feed inlet of the grouting equipment is located at a ground position; and the components of foaming materials are fed into the underground cavity through the grouting equipment, and the components of the foaming materials are mixed in the underground cavity and rapidly foamed, so that the underground cavity is filled.
