The novel assembly type concrete column connecting joint comprises an upper-layer prefabricated column and a lower-layer prefabricated column; a connecting component is arranged between the upper-layer prefabricated column and the lower-layer prefabricated column, and the connecting component is divided into an upper connecting component and a lower connecting component; the upper connecting component comprises an upper connecting plate and an upper prefabricated steel component, and the lower connecting component comprises a lower connecting plate and a lower prefabricated steel component; the upper prefabricated steel component and the lower prefabricated steel component are connected through bolts; the upper prefabricated steel component and the lower prefabricated steel component are each divided into an inner layer and an outer layer; the inner layer of the up
