The alpha-galactosidase disclosed by the invention is high in activity, is derived from paecilomyces thermophilus and is good in heat resistance. The highest expression quantity of the alpha-galactosidase reaches 10g/L, and the enzyme activity of the fermentation liquor reaches 10000 U/mL, which is the highest level reported in public. The alpha-galactosidase is secreted and expressed in the fermentation supernatant, so that cells do not need to be broken, and the alpha-galactosidase crude enzyme with very high purity can be obtained only by simply filtering and removing thalli, thereby reducing the downstream protein separation and purification cost.
