The automatic control method comprises the steps that a reference movement track of the grab bucket is obtained; according to the reference movement track, attitude information of the front arm, the main arm and the pull rod is determined; according to the posture information of the front arm, the main arm and the pull rod, the front arm, the main arm and the pull rod are controlled to act, so that the grab bucket is moved to an initial point position; position information of a to-be-transported material is obtained; and according to the position information of the to-be-transported material and the initial point position, the postures of the front arm, the main arm and the pull rod are adjusted, so that the grab bucket is moved to the position of the to-be-transported material.
