Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses gelatin-based low-temperature injection anti-inflammatory and antibacterial viscous hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The hydrogel comprises gelatin, hydroxyethylurea and punicalagin, a one-pot mixing method is adopted, hydroxyethylurea is added into a gelatin aqueous solution, the gelatin is prevented from automatically forming hydrogen bonds at low temperature to be self-gelatinized by utilizing the hydrogen bond interaction of the gelatin and hydroxyethylurea, and low-temperature injectable is realized; then punicalagin is added to form a main network by utilizing the interaction of strong hydrogen bonds of punicalagin and gelatin. As a multifunctional wound adhesive, the hydrogel is stable in bonding in air, the bonding strength reaches 45.77 kPa within 10 minutes, and the bonding strength is still 40 kPa after 14 days.
