Zusammenfassung:	The present invention uses a smartphone (70C) comprising a notification means such as a display, a vibrator, a speaker, and a buzzer, to give notification that a vehicle (20) is in an operation standby state by way of the smartphone (70C) operating the notification means when an electronic key (50C) enters a first area (80) and if the smart phone (70C) has not entered a second area (81). Thus, notification that the vehicle (20) has entered in the operation standby state can be reliably made even if the electronic key (50C) is not provided with the various notification means. 使用具备显示器、振动器、扬声器、蜂鸣器等通知单元的智能机(70C)，在电子钥匙(50C)进入了第一区域(80)且智能机(70C)未进入第二区域(81)的情况下，智能机(70C)使通知单元进行动作来进行车辆(20)处于操作等待状态的通知。由此，即使电子钥匙(50C)不具备各种通知单元，也能够可靠地进行车辆(20)已变为操作等待状态的通知。
